Every two to three minutes, a fire breaks out in a German home. According to the fire department association, around 200,000 fires occur annually. Many of these incidents could be prevented through effective fire protection measures. While numerous residential fires have minor consequences, many people underestimate the fire risk posed by certain household hazards. Every day, firefighters save lives, often putting their own safety at risk.
Being well-prepared can provide crucial seconds of advantage in an emergency and save lives. For this reason, we would like to hear your personal stories!
ASK THE FOX is looking for people who have already experienced fires – whether through their own fault or someone else's.
Have you ever experienced a fire at home? Or do you know friends, relatives, or neighbors who were threatened by a fire? Share your experiences with us and help raise awareness about the life-saving importance of fire protection equipment – such as fire blankets.
What we are looking for:
We welcome authentic reports from people who have experienced a fire in their own home or in nature. Your story can inspire others to take the risk of fire seriously and better protect themselves.
